Brothers& Sisters of FOOLS Worldwide,

There comes a time in everyone's life when they stop to reflect back on their accomplishments and deeds during their lifetime. At the same time one must look forward and decide what the next best path might be.

The Founding FOOLS has done just that, we have reflected back to our humble beginnings and have fond memories of the roots of what was to become a worldwide organization of brothers and sisters united in fire. While I'm quite sure that every one of us would go back to that time, we have to look ahead, and look ahead we have.

It is with a great deal of thought, emotion and trepidation that we the FOUNDING FOOLS have decided to relinquish our positions as executive board members of this great organization. We collectively feel that what the five of us built from the ground up is now an entity unlike anything we could have imagined.

The FOOLS has out grown us, and we realize that fact. While we love this organization, it members, and everything we stand for, we do understand our limitations as managers. It is for these reasons that we are willing to step into the emeritus status of FOUNDING FOOLS and allow a more qualified Executive Board to further our great organization.

We are currently seeking qualified individuals for the following positions of the Executive Board of FOOLS International: (see attachment for qualifications located at the bottom of this page)

Vice President

1^st Trustee - Membership

2^nd Trustee - Merchandise

The Following positions are NOT being vacated:

Secretary / Treasurer (Ellen Brown)

3^rd Trustee - Internet Operations (Andy Biron)

4^th Trustee - Education (Mike Dugan)

We are not going away, nor are we abandoning the FOOLS. We will still be an important driving force as Founding FOOLS, but we need professional administrators if we are to continue to grow. We look forward to a new Executive board with high hopes of an even greater FOOLS International.

Lastly, I would like to thank the following people for their dedicated support and tenure on past International E-Boards:
